In the context of the modern GAA, it is of utmost importance that players get quality ongoing feedback throughout their season. PJ gave our players factual, non-biased feedback that helped improve on their weaknesses but also leverage their strength's. I trusted PJ with full autonomy over the feedback to our players. He delivered feedback in both team sessions and in 1 to 1 sessions with all of our players. His feedback, supported by the video analysis helped players not only hear the feedback but also see it and action it in match situations. His positive and approach to feedback removed any fear players had regarding the video analysis. This analysis and player support was crucial in winning the league title unbeaten and Championship with Glen Emmets and has been extremely helpful in building our team with St. Peregrines.

PJ analysed games in accordance with the KPI's he and the management team had developed and identified where our players and we as a team were or were not achieving the desired outcomes. He identified key trends among the team and individual players that allowed us to make informed decisions. He was not limited to just our KPI’s and used his knowledge of football to highlight key coaching notes. He was always considerate of the fact that he was dealing with a high performance team of underage players and balanced feedback appropriately for 16 and 17 year old players.
